Strength Training for Endurance Athletes

The Strength Circuit is a 60 minute fitness class designed with endurance athletes in mind.

This class is for the intermediate or advanced fitness enthusiast and any endurance athlete.

Each class begins with a full body dynamic warm up with corrective exercises targeting typical endurance dominant dysfunctions.

Then participants will be shown 8-10 different exercises in station format to be completed for time.

All classes are actively coached and a premium is placed on correct form before progressing.
