Healthy weight loss typically falls between 1–2 pounds per week. Our trainers focus on sustainable progress, ensuring your plan supports proper rest, nutrition, and recovery. We also offer body composition assessments and DexaScan testing at our Westport fitness studio through our partner, Longevity Westport.
