Our fitness programs are custom designed for Sherpa clients who want 1 on 1 attention on expanding their fitness goals. Additionally, through our Semi-Private Personal Training programs, we encourage our clients to take action with the accountability of a family member, close friend or peer.
How is Semi-Private Personal Training Better?
At Sherpa, the essence of personal training is working with an expert trainer or coach to customize your program specifically to your unique need. This could be weightloss, strength, flexibility, or taking on an athletic challenge. We assess, develop a plan, and execute with a personal training program.
But, sometimes our clients want to do this in a social setting with a family member, peer, or friend. This enables the same personalized approach, but with the accountability of a gym buddy. Together, clients are able to motivate, and stay focused on progress. You get the attention from both a partner and our coach to drive success and Move Boundaries.
