Torr Bennetta
Torr comes to us with over 25 years of experience across multiple disciplines and in various settings, Torr brings a broad approach to addressing client needs. He has a degree in exercise science as well as a wealth of knowledge from post graduate work in a rehabilitation setting. Initially a pro mountain bike racer, Torr was named to the US Olympic Development Team for nordic skiing, winning numerous medals in both national & international competition. During this time, he spent a fair amount of the time in the physiology lab not only as an athlete, but also as a clinician. Torr is currently one of the top motocross athletes in New England above 40 years of age.
Torr’s approach encompasses injury prevention, functional movement, strength to cardio balance, and most importantly, a commitment to helping clients live their best life through health and disease prevention.
