This assessment identifies how your physical health supports your personal goals. In 30 minutes, we assess key movements in our state-of-the-art facility that improve daily function and well-being.
We evaluate mobility, strength, stability, and balance, then connect the results to your outdoor goals, from snow sports and cycling to hiking and everyday life outdoors.
WHO IS THIS FOR
This is for people who love the outdoors and want to remain strong, capable, and active for the long run. You do not need to be in peak shape, just prepared to improve with a measured plan and support from expert trainers.
If you feel stiffness, low energy, or are returning after time off, an Active Readiness Program builds momentum to increase your enjoyment of what you love.

You’ll walk out with a clear, doable plan, not a lecture.
By the end, you’ll have a one-page, four-week plan built around your outdoor goals, plus three simple, specific, repeatable movements and two key habits that drive recovery and consistency. You’ll also leave with a self-guided program you can complete on your own, supported by a video-enabled tutorial for long-term success.
