A 10-week strength and athletic development program for kids ages 9 to 12, coached in a premium environment.

Each session is fun, active, and age-appropriate: speed and agility, coordination and balance, strength fundamentals, mobility and body control, and the basics of jumping, landing, crawling, carrying, pushing, and pulling, plus team challenges that build confidence.
Boys and girls ages 9 to 12. Kids who play sports and kids who don’t. Young athletes who want more speed and strength, and kids who just need a safe, structured introduction to training.
This is not a kids fitness class. It is a structured introduction to training, taught by professional coaches in a premium environment, developing kids both physically and mentally so they leave more capable and more confident.
Yes, when properly coached. We prioritize movement quality before load. No max lifting, no heavy barbell testing, no unsupervised training. Kids progress only when they show control, good technique, and readiness.
