Luke Yoder brings more than 17 years of personal training experience to Sherpa in Westport, CT. Luke is a certified personal trainer with over 17 years of experience. His specialties include corrective exercise, resistance training, and behavior change—all driven by his passion for client success. Luke is also a Sherpa Trainer and Coach with specialized certification through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). He combines movement analysis, strength training, and conditioning to help golfers reduce injury risk, increase swing efficiency, and play their best game.
