Maggie Fisher
Maggie is a Personal Trainer and Strength Coach at Sherpa, where she guides clients toward healthier, stronger, and more sustainable lifestyles. Over the past 4 years, she has coached functional fitness classes, worked one-on-one with adults of all ages, and trained youth athletes in strength and performance development, helping each one push past their boundaries and reach their personal best.
She believes fitness isn’t about quick fixes or short-term challenges. It’s about building sustainable habits that change how you feel, move, and show up, inside and beyond the gym.
Experience and Background
Maggie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and brings a holistic approach to every session, combining her background in psychology with evidence-based strength and conditioning to support you physically and mentally, because at Sherpa, we coach the whole person.
