Westport Wellness Businesses Join Forces for Community Open House and KiiN’s New Westport Location Launch

Sherpa, KiiN, Longevity, Zion, and CT Sports Recovery invite the community to explore a shared campus of training, recovery, and wellness services on September 19

WESTPORT, CT, September 4, 2026 — Five Westport wellness businesses are teaming up for a free community open house on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 1555 Post Road East. The event doubles as the launch celebration for KiiN’s new Westport location and membership platform, and gives visitors a chance to explore the latest in strength training, physical therapy, recovery, diagnostics, and wellness services all in one place.

Sherpa, KiiN, Longevity, Zion, and CT Sports Recovery already work together informally, referring clients back and forth as their needs evolve. This open house is the first time the group is presenting that shared care loop directly to the community, while each business showcases its own space, staff, and services.

A Shared Approach to Wellness in Westport

“We wanted to give people a way to see the whole picture at once, instead of discovering these services one referral at a time,” said Jean Paul Desrosiers Jr., owner of Sherpa. “Every business here is excellent on its own. Together, they help guide clients through their wider wellness journey, from assessment to training to recovery to long-term optimization. I envision helping clients become more educated while enabling their well-being journey to be as efficient as possible.”

“This is also our moment to introduce our new Westport location and membership platform to the community,” said Ginger Richardson, owner of KiiN. “It made sense to do that alongside businesses we already trust and work with every day.”

Explore the 1555 Community Open House

The event will be free-flowing rather than scheduled: visitors can arrive anytime between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM and move at their own pace between the lower area, upper parking lot, and indoor spaces.

Planned activities include movement and fitness assessments, a DJ, lawn games, food and drink from local vendors, and a raffle featuring contributions from the participating businesses. The event will move indoors in the event of rain.

Participating Westport Wellness Businesses

Participating businesses include:

• Sherpa, a personal training gym known for its “Move Your Boundaries” philosophy
• KiiN, a mobile and now Westport-based contrast therapy and sauna experience
• Longevity, offering DEXA, VO2 Max, and RMR diagnostic testing
• Zion, providing physical therapy and movement assessment
• CT Sports Recovery, a Physician-Led Sports Recovery practice

Admission is free and open to the public. No RSVP is required, though visitors are welcome to reach out to any participating business in advance with questions.
