Just getting into the sport of triathlon and not ready for structured training? You can customize your own package by choosing from all any of the below offerings. Perhaps you have your training nailed but need some nutrition guidance, or a race fueling strategy. If you just want to learn more about the sport and how you can improve you can schedule a 1 on 1 consultation.

SWIM ANALYSIS

Have your stroked filmed and analyzed. Receive drill feedback, technique alterations and strength exercises that will maximize your efficiency in the water.

BIKE FITTING

A properly fitting bike is paramount for comfort and performance. We will fit and make adjustments on your tri bike that will ensure perfect balance.

RUN ANALYSIS

Have your running gait analyzed coupled with drill demonstrations to improve your running economy and minimize the risk of injury.

NUTRITION/RACE FUELING

The fourth discipline of triathlon! Particularly paramount in long distance racing, daily nutrition will be reviewed to ensure you are preparing adequately for training as well as recovering properly.

ESTABLISH TRAINING ZONES

Learn to train at the intensities that are right for you. Pushing too hard on easy days and not going hard enough on hard days is a critical mistakes many people make. We will guide you through some simple field lactate threshold tests and establish zones so you now exactly how hard to train each day.
