Aiden grew up in Milford, CT, where health and fitness played an important role in his life beginning at a very young age. Apart from engaging in a plethora of sports, his mother had her own health transformation and influenced his passion towards fitness and wellness. Aiden attended Notre Dame in West Haven, CT where he won a state championship in baseball as their starting catcher. From there, he pursued his academic and athletic career at University of Bridgeport, graduating with degrees in marketing and finance.
Upon graduating, Aiden continued pursuing his passion to help others through fitness by interning for UB in the strength and conditioning program. At the same time, he completed numerous certifications and worked at multiple training facilities, giving him experience at all levels. Before the onset of the pandemic, Aiden was promoted as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Bridgeport working with all of their varsity sports.
