Aiden grew up in Milford, CT, where health and fitness played an important role in his life beginning at a very young age. Apart from engaging in a plethora of sports, his mother had her own health transformation and influenced his passion towards fitness and wellness. Aiden attended Notre Dame in West Haven, CT where he won a state championship in baseball as their starting catcher. From there, he pursued his academic and athletic career at University of Bridgeport, graduating with degrees in marketing and finance.

Upon graduating, Aiden continued pursuing his passion to help others through fitness by interning for UB in the strength and conditioning program. At the same time, he completed numerous certifications and worked at multiple training facilities, giving him experience at all levels. Before the onset of the pandemic, Aiden was promoted as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Bridgeport working with all of their varsity sports. His specialties include sports-performance, pain management, weight-loss, and youth training.

Aiden believes everyone can be an athlete in the “game of life.”  He teaches that wellness is not just about the physical, but also about the social, mental, existential, emotional, and environmental aspects of our being. He coaches with a chip on his shoulder and carries an underdog mentality, empowering his athletes to accomplish whatever goals they may have. Aiden is currently pursuing his Master’s in Nutrition and holds certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach, and a Certified Physical Preparedness Coach.
