Justin is a coach who strives to move you toward your potential, and views training as a connection of the mind to the body. He graduated from Fairfield University with a double major in Psychology and Philosophy, and a minor in Neuroscience.

Training has been the anchor of his life for as long as he can remember. Nowadays, you can find Justin on his road bike, which is his current competitive pursuit. He also enjoys kite surfing, writing, eating clean, reading extensively on training and nutrition literature, and inspiring his clients to live softly while training hard. In the 2021 cycling season: Justin was able to secure three top four finishes in local criteriums, as well as a 20th and 21st place in his first two p1-2-3 criteriums. The 2022 cycling season is fully underway with category 2 well within his sights.

He has worked closely with a Doctor of Chiropractic in recent years, establishing a breadth of knowledge in postural correction, mobility, and recovery work. He has also worked as a strength coach and as a group/personal trainer in various local gyms as well as abroad in South Africa. His passion lies in working with individuals and small groups, while guiding his clients’ minds and bodies toward their goals.

Justin’s list of athletic achievements is impressive.
