Coached Trail Runs

Fall Season 2020

Trail running is one of the best ways to enjoy the beauty our local green spaces have to offer. Having a trained and knowledgeable coach guiding the way keeps the attention and focus on having fun.

What to Expect

  • Combination of the outdoors, limited runners and an abundance of space to roam creates a COVID safe exercise option.

  • With organized the logistics you simply show up and run.

  • Led by a Sherpa Coach, every course will be temporarily marked.

  • Runs will start at 11am after an activity specific 3-5min warmup.

  • Course distances range from 3-5 miles, progressively a bit longer each week.

  • Bring a healthy lunch and enjoy refueling with friends, socially distanced of course.
